  1. I did not enter my SMS PIN when I received it while I was registering and I cannot find the page to enter it now - how can I continue my registration?

    Simply start the registration process again by going to the registration page and we will send you a new SMS PIN.

  2. When do the leaderboards update?

    In most cases the leaderboards will be updated within 24 hours following weekend Premiership fixtures. Updates to the leaderboards will occur within 48 hours following Premiership fixtures played Monday to Friday. You can see the last match that has been included in our points calculations at the top right of the leaderboards; the time points have been last calculated can be found at the bottom right of the leaderboards.

  3. When do I get my free transfers?

    Currently, you only get one free transfer per match week, and this transfer is applied to all dreamteam accounts at 9am on Mondays. No transfers will be allocated in weeks when no Premiership matches have been played in the previous 7 days.

  4. How do I request additional transfers?

    You may request a maximum of 5 additional transfers per week by following the steps below. RM 2 applies for each Transfer request made via SMS.

    * Once you have received the SMS notification you will find your additional transfer credited to your Dreamteam's scoreboard located in the FANTASY GAME page and your MY PROFILE page.

  5. Can I save my transfers to be used in later gameweeks?

    No. Transfers, must be used during the gameweek in which they have been purchased as all transfers, including additional transfers purchased via SMS, will be reset at the beginning of each gameweek.

  6. Where can I find my Team Code?

    Your team code can be found on the MY PROFILE and it is also available on the scoreboard of the FANTASY GAME page.

  7. Can I see the points each player scored for me on a given date?

    You can - find your dreamteam in the Leaderboard by using the search facility or the page numbers at the bottom of the page. Once you find your dreamteam click on the team name and you will be taken to a screen similar to the main game screen, but you will not be able to carry out any team management tasks from here. You can view any of your previously recorded dreamteams by selecting a date from the drop down menu in the TEAM DATA column on the right. By selecting any of these dates you can see your total score for that date only and the individual points scored by each player for you on that date.

    You can view the same information for any dreamteam registered in our fantasy game by clicking on a team name from the Leaderboard page.

    You can now also view a points breakdown for every player in every match this season from the PLAYER STATS page - simply use the player search functionality to find the player you want and then click on their name to see detailed statistics and a performance graph for that player. This feature is only available to users who are logged into their account.

  8. Why did I not get points for a given player?

    Your dreamteam lineup is automatically recorded 30 minutes prior to kick-off of the first match on any given matchday (all these times can be found in our RULES page). Any further changes made to your dreamteam after these times will not be counted for matches on these dates. You can see what the recorded lineup of your dreamteam was for any matchday by clicking on your dreamteam name in the leaderboard, and then selecting the date in the TEAM DATA column on the right.

    Subs do not score any points, only the first 11 of your recorded dreamteam will score points.

  9. Who decides on the man of the match awards?

    The man of the match awards for every game can be found on our MATCH STATS page. All are selected by DreamEPL.com and are not based on any official man of the match. We have come up with a formula based purely on statistical performance to calculate the best performing player; this formula includes statistics such as passes completed, fouls won, successful tackles and interceptions as well as goals scored, assists and yellow and red cards.

  10. Can I change my dreamteam name?

    You can amend most of your personal details from the MY PROFILE page, although we do not allow dreamteam names to be changed. We will consider changing your dreamteam name for you only if you have originally misspelt it, or have another valid reason for doing so. Use our Contact page to submit a request for a dreamteam name change.

  11. How can I view my Mini League's leaderboard?

    You must be logged into your account to view your Mini League leaderboard. You can then view the leaderboard by going to the MINI LEAGUES page and clicking on the Leaderboard button beside your Mini League name. You can also find your Mini League in the drop down menu on the LEADERBOARDS page.

  12. How do I request an additional dreamteam?

    You may request an additional dreamteam by following the steps below. RM 2.00 applies for each additional dreamteam request made via SMS. Upon receiving the notification of a success dreamteam request, you may then access the Add Another Team page to setup your new dreamteam.

  13. How do I subscribe to DreamEPL SMS Updates?

    To subscribe for DreamEPL Updates, you may follow the steps highlighted below. No monthly subscription fees apply for subscribing. You will only be charged RM 0.50 upon receiving each update.

  14. Why do I need SMS Updates?

    This is to keep you updated with all happenings on DreamEPL. For example, which players on your dreamteam are currently injured or suspended, special offers on players and new features added to the game. With this valuable information you can be more effective in terms of managing your dreamteam to stay at the competitive edge, increasing your chances of winning big prizes.

  15. How do I unsubscribe to DreamEPL Updates?

    To unsubscribe to DreamEPL updates, you will need to send the keyword STOP to 36686 via SMS.

  16. When is the starting day and ending day for a particular gameweek?

    Each gameweek starts on a Saturday and runs to the following Friday inclusive. See the Prizes section for the start and end dates of all gameweeks.

  17. Why is my score being averaged over 2 weeks even though I have only played for 1 week?

    All users' scores are averaged over the same number of gameweeks, no matter when you join. If you joined the game after it started (4 November) your score will be averaged over the number of weeks the game has been running for, up to 10 weeks. After you have been playing the game for 10 weeks your score will be averaged over your best 10 weeks. This does not disadvantage you in your quest to win one of the top prizes but you will most likely appear lower down the leaderboard until you have played for 10 weeks.

  18. Why are you using an Average Points Calculations system?

    This is to ensure that anyone who joins the game at any particular time has a fair chance of winning. To understand our points calculation system please refer to the Prizes section.

  19. Where can I see which weekly points have been used to calculate my average score?

    You can see the formula used to calculate your average score and a graph of all your weekly scores at the bottom of your main game screen. Your top 10 scores used to calculate your average score are in green on the graph. You can also see others' weekly score graphs by clicking on a dreamteam name in the leaderboard and scrolling to the bottom of their dreamteam details page.

  20. Can I choose not to buy substitute players?

    Yes you can. To start the game you will need at least 11 players. Please take into consideration in the event that your players are injured, rested or suspended for a particular gameweek, those players will not be able to score points for you and thus you do not have substitutes to replace them. For more information, kindly refer to the Substitution section in our How to Play Guide.

  21. What are the preferred browsers for access to DreamEPL?

    Our fantasy game uses the very latest browser technologies and standards and is suitable for all popular, modern browsers including Internet Explorer 6 & 7, Firefox 1.5 & 2.0 and Opera 9.

  22. Does selling and purchasing players use up my transfer credits?

    One transfer credit is used every time you sell a player. Purchasing a player does not use a transfer credit but you must ensure you have enough funds and a space in the correct position on your dreamteam available (including your subs bench); your purchase will not otherwise be possible.
