Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest is open to all residents of Malaysia except for employees of MNC Wireless Berhad, its associate companies related to this contest and their immediate family members.
  2. Contestants below 18 years of age must seek approval from the parents and/or guardian before participating in the Game and the Competition. It is the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their children's participation in the Game and Competition and the organiser shall not be held liable for the participation by these Contestants.
  3. The Game and the Competition shall run from 15 November 2008 up to and including 18 May 2008 (plus anytime necessary to conclude the Game). The Competition is only available to those who have registered a team(s) with a valid IC Number or passport number, mobile number and email address via web registration.
  4. Contestants may register as many teams as they wish provided that they have used a different team name for each team entered and they have paid for the additional team request. However, each contestant is only entitled to win one (1) prize.
  5. The Grand Prize Contest is judged and based upon the average of the 10 highest gameweek points by each dreamteam registered. To understand our Grand Prize & Monthly Prize calculation system, you may refer to the Prizes section of this website. Note that it is recommended for users to join at least 10 weeks before the end of EPL 2008/2009 season. In the event that more than one dreamteam ties for first place, the team with the greater bank balance within the game will be considered the winner. If this does not resolve a tie the first prize may be shared between winning dreamteam managers.
  6. Winners will be notified by SMS to the number indicated by them. If the organiser does not receive a reply from the winners within four working days after notifying them by SMS, the prize will be forfeited and the organiser reserves the right to offer the prize to the next ranking entrant.
  7. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any team entered with names considered to be obscene or offensive to the laws of Malaysia. Further the organiser may disqualify contestants that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game and the Competition, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these terms and conditions.
  8. The organiser's decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this contest and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.
  9. Winners must claim their prize at their own expenses within thirty days from the date of notification, at designated collection centre (details will be provided to winners). Prize winners must produce their identity cards/passports and their mobile phone's sim card for verification. The organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the contestants without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the contestants for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
  10. By participating in this contest, contestants agree to comply and be bound by these rules and regulations and decisions of the organiser. Failure of compliance will disqualify the contestant. The organiser will not be responsible against any or all costs, claims, expenses, losses and liabilities in this contest. Contestant further recognises that he/she is solely liable for any income taxes, other taxes or charges resulting from his/her participation in the Game and/or Competition.
  11. All entries will become the property of the organiser and it reserves the right to publish or display the names of winners for advertisement and publicity purposes without further compensation or prior notice.
  12. The organiser cannot be held responsible for network failure (total or partial) of telecommunications or internet networks, or corrupted information or data, for any reason whatsoever.
  13. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, modify, suspend or delay the Game or the Competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its sole and absolute discretion and without any prior notice. Further, the Game or Competition, including these rules, maybe updated or changed by the organiser from time to time, without any prior notice and the contestants shall be bound by such update or changes.
  14. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winners, and the organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any prize. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize. The organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
  15. This Service is in English Version and is open to anyone with a valid Malaysian mobile number.
